Computer Usage: Local persons must have a valid library card with the Stratford Public Library to use the computers. Visitors may be issued a temporary pass in order to use a computer; simply talk to the Librarian. Before patrons may use the internet they must read the policies and procedures and sign a document stating they understand and will abide by the policy and guidelines.
